Probably the most "you can't really go wrong" brand in this category — the entry tier is great for matcha lattes, the top tier is serious koicha, and both are well made.

Unkaku is great for matcha lattes and still scores high on umami and aroma — rare combination, most matcha latte picks are chosen for being inoffensive, not good

Unkaku is the standout: high umami (9.6/10), high aroma, low bitterness — and it holds up in a matcha latte, which is unusual for a matcha this flavorful. Most matcha latte picks earn that reputation by being mild; Unkaku earns it because the umami cuts through instead of getting lost. Isuzu, the entry-level usucha, is a straightforward daily-drinker — not much flavor complexity, but no off-notes either, which is what you want in a cheap, frequent-use matcha rather than a special-occasion one.
